Refund policy

We want you to love your purchases, and we will work with you if you are unhappy in any way.  Products are non-returnable, no exceptions.  Bulk orders are non-returnable but may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, with a 40% cancellation fee for supplies ordered and work completed.  Returns on artwork & unused, unopened, non- soap/non-bath items are accepted with a 75% restocking fee.
