We are excited to be able to offer this service for our local customers. Return your original Tale of the Snail containers & air fresheners to us and we will refill for you.
- Inspect your empty Tale of the Snail original candle vessels, check for cracks or damage. We do not accept damaged items, please recycle them.
- Choose your size & scent.
- Choose your delivery method. Pick up at either Horsham or Royersford Farmers Markets, or choose delivery or shipping.
- Please wrap glass in paper and label box/bag with your name & order number. We do not accept unwrapped or unlabeled containers.
- Drop off your order with us at one of our market locations, we do not accept porch drop off.
- In 3-4 weeks, we will return your vessels with fresh wicks & wax.
What we accept:
- Large & Small Candle Tins with lids (no tiny tins or melts)
- Tumblers with lids
- Wooden Air Fresheners
We ONLY accept original, undamaged Tale of the Snail vessels, with lids. You do not need to clean or remove the wick or labels.
