Shipping

We ship everywhere in the USA using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping. This includes insurance and tracking. Most orders ship within 48 business hours. (T-F 10a -5p). This excludes Pre-Sale & Custom Orders. 

Materials
Our packing peanuts are biodegradable and dissolve in water.  We try to reduce waste and reuse as much as possible, so we use packing materials that we save from our supply orders.  While we do not have fancy, branded packing materials, we do believe we are doing our tiny part to help the planet by reducing and reusing.  We may need to use plastic bags to ship liquid soap.  Other than that we do not use plastic bubble wrap or other plastic packaging.  We also use paper shreds that we make from our own paper waste.

Free Delivery within 5 miles of East Norriton - $25 minimum
$5 delivery Fee in Market Zones - $30 minimum 

We deliver once a week,weather permitting. If you are outside of our delivery area, please use pick up or shipping options.We deliver weekly to each of our delivery zones, typically on Tuesday or Wednesday.  We will contact you to confirm your delivery date. This excludes Pre-Sale & Custom Orders.

How does it work?

Enjoy using your Soap or Candle and when your container* is empty:

1. Rinse out Soap container and make sure pump is intact, or that you have the lid for your bottle. 
2. Make sure you have the lid for your candle, you do not need to rinse or clean.
3. Bring your container back to us at our market stand/ other event. 
4. Save $3 off on your same product purchase at our stand. Does not have to be the same scent. If we do not have what you want, you can purchase and we will have it for you at the next event or deliver to you. 

*Accepted Containers (Our Original Containers only):

• Large Candle Tins with lids
• Glass Candle Tumblers with lids
• Mason Jar Foamer Pumps (Soap) with pump
• 32 oz Amber Glass Bottles (Soap) with cap

We ONLY accept original, undamaged Tale of the Snail vessels, with lids, caps or pumps as applicable. You do not need to clean or remove the wick or labels. 

WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT CONTAINERS AT OUR EVENTS, DO NOT DROP OFF ON OUR PORCH. If you have a large quantity of containers, please contact us to coordinate return.
